It is not possible to hold public meetings and events related to the global epidemic situation. We have developed and launched our Virtual Event Platform with the GOAL of enabling meetings and exhibitions during the high risk of large in the Covid situation. . .

Components of Virtual Event Platform:

   Basic website components

• Exhibition hall. Participants are divided into groups of 10-15

• Meeting room. A previously prepared video presentation will be shown

• Event program view section

• Speaker information section

• Organizations participating in the event are welcome to post

• Each booth has a chat, detailed information, and downloadable handouts 

• Sponsors' advertisements can be placed in the Lobby section

  To the organizers

• User can register

• There is a section to verify and access user accounts that have registered themselves

• Customers participating in the event can access the main parts of the system only to registered and logged-in customers or to the public

• There is a new customer registration section. (register by surname, first name, phone number, email)

• Customers with verified accounts can log in to the system and access the main parts of the system.

 Report

• The number of users accessing the system during e-Event days

• The number of users who visited the school site and the number of downloads of handouts
